LOVE IT! October 14, 2007 Julie Day (maine usa) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I LOVE THIS WAFFLE MAKER!! Who knew it was so easy?!! it beeps when it is preheated. you have to experiment a little to know how much batter, but you pour in the batter, spread it out with a rubber spatula and close the top. When it beeps, they are done! The nonstick surface is excellent! They come off attached so you can break them apart into sticks or serve them in bigger portions. We like setting #4. And they come out perfect everytime! The booklet comes with recipies including one to make your own mix. A+++
Fun for kids May 29, 2007 J. Call (Utah, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My kids, ages 6 to 16, like to help make and eat the waffle sticks and it came with a good booklet of recipes. We use pancake Krustease pancake mix that has a waffle recipe on the side.
Love this waffle maker April 20, 2007 Linda (Pembroke Pines,Fl) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My kids just loved these wafflesticks. I doubled the basic recipe using 3 whole eggs and they were a hit. The maker is easy to clean, browns nicely (I used setting 4) It's a nice size...not too big and stores compactly on it's side. It's too bad Cuisinart is discontinuing it.
Love it!!! June 22, 2006 icy (San Jose, CA USA) 8 out of 8 found this review helpful
I bought this to add some fun to our weekend breakfasts. It has been a big hit with the kids! They love the sticks, I love how easy it is to use. If you follow the simple directions, there is no batter leakage and waffles come out easily. The beep when done is a real plus - no watching for the light to go off. We loved it so much we bought a second one for the grandparents!
Stick waffles ar a big hit. March 9, 2006 Joel Mcelrath (Granbury, Texas) 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
The Cuisinart DIP-8 waffle maker was purchased for my grandkids ages 1, 2, and 5. They managed to eat 24 sticks the first time we used it. Ask them if they are good.
