I have been using this product for nearly 2 years, First ran across it at a Fairfield Inn on the breakfast buffet. I ordered a Kitchen Aid waffle maker from Amazon (the greatest waffle maker ever made) and a 6 can case of waffle mix from the manufacturer.I make a double amount,2 cups mix,add 2 eggs, 1 1/4 cups water and 1/2 stick of melted butter. This makes 3 huge waffles. One cup of mixture makes one waffle. I buy by subscription from Amazon as it is less expensive and saves storage space. I'm not a cook by any means, but you can't go wrong with this product. Absolutely a five star product!!!

The first thing that hits you, when you open up a can of Carbons Golden Malted Pancake Mix is the pleasing aroma of malt. Its enough to get the ol chops watering! This product is a definete step up from what you get on the grocery store shelf.
The taste of pancakes or waffles is most pleasing to the taste buds! A very smooth flavor and certainly not the flowery taste of most pancake mixes. After a proper amount of butter and syrup applied in the right amounts....look out! An excellent product.....Will get more!!!!!

This really does make the best waffles. I use the same mixture as recommended by vary the method a bit by separating the eggs and beating/folding in the whites. That really does make the best waffles you've ever tasted.
